Two Hands Full is right beside the Korean Market in Sukajadi, you could barely see their sign but they’re in the same building as Ray White. Inside, the place could accommodate up around 50 people. Their naked bricks and yellow lighting, gives us the warm, cozy vibe. Here you order and pay first at the cashier then waits for it to be served on your table. It was quite full that day, so after we ordered, we just grab a stool in front of the coffee bar and sit nicely. Thankfully it didn’t take too long for the cakes to come and we starts to dig in.Banana Nutella Mille Feuille (38.000) was one of the best selling cake there and after a spoon, we know why. Thin layers of razor thin puff pastry, banana paste and chocolate nutella ganache on top. It’s a BANANA and CHOCOLATE for god’s sake, of course I love it! The texture is just right and not soggy.Chocolate Soufflé Cake (38.000). We chose Chocolate Soufflé Cake because of the shiny chocolate ganache that is just too hard to resist. It wasn’t like the soufflé that I usually had and served in a ramekin, but it was equally soft. The ganache was not too sweet (which is totally fine) since the caramel sauce on the middle is kinda sweet and they balance each other.Yoghurt Cheese Cake (38.000). Last and the least is Yoghurt Cheese Cake. As any other cheese cake, it has graham cracker crust as the base, but the cheese cake was just adequate. It was thicker in texture and lacking sour taste that you usually get from cheese or yoghurt. On top of the cake is a layer of pink gelatin that was bland and didn’t do any favour for the cake.Affogato (30.000). Every time I see the word “Affogato” on a menu, I always get the urge to order it. Affogato is the best invention that mashes up two of my favourite things, coffee and ice cream. Sweet, light and cold vanilla ice cream meets the bitter, strong and hot espresso, is yin yang in the world of beverages. Two Hands Full has done it justice.Oolong tea (35.000). It takes quite a while for the Oolong tea to get to our table, but it doesn’t matter, as it was good. The tea was thick in texture and not too strong on the taste. I also like the tea pot!Orange Cold Press Juice (35.000). The OJ was refreshing and had a sweet taste with a hint of sour. It was made from sunkiss orange with no added sugar. Good thing to wash out all the cake. You could also get free mineral water and orange infused water that is serve on the bar table.Beside the cozy place and good food that we have, the hospitality of the people there is a plus. They were friendly, quick and efficient in the thing they do, as we sit on the coffee bar and have a chance to chat and watch them do their thing. continue reading

Two Hands Full, Bandung.
