Mengusung konsep "Lousiana", Cajun Claws menyediakan sederet hidangan laut terbaik baik lokal maupun impor.

Start of with the invigorating Strawberry Lemonade (IDR 25K++) and Iced Lychee Tea (IDR 20K++).They use imported ingredients for most of their dishes. Even the fries used for the Cajun Fries (IDR 25K++) are imported from Canada. I really love the cheese that sat in the middle of the fries. It was one of those common dishes that were done uncommonly well. The dish came with their homemade thousand-island dressing that would make a food lover grins. The Fried Shrimp (IDR 48K++) came with both the thousand-island and tartar sauce. I liked the tartar sauce better as it had an interesting mix of sourness and sweetness. I could barely stop my hand to reach for the crunchy shrimps and dip them into the sauce.Into the mains were the Alaskan King Crab Section, Mud Crab (IDR 42K++/100gr), Shrimp (IDR 29K++/100gr), and Crawfish (IDR 40K++/100gr). The King Crab and the Mud Crab were paired with the mild works and the Shrimp and Crawfish were paired with the lemon pepper. Before you can dig in, you must first wash your hands and wear the bib. Then, you can start having the seafood on the table. Both the mud crab and king crab were enjoyable but I favor the king crab more as it was flavorful even when I didn’t eat it with the sauce. The king crab was just plainly good.If I have to choose between the Lemon Pepper and the Works sauce, I have to opt for the Lemon Pepper as it had a proper blend of lemon zest and saltiness. The journey didn’t stop until the Jambalaya (IDR 58K++) and curry like Seafood Gumbo were served (IDR 69K++). The Jambalaya looked like paella. It had a scent of spices and a bit peppery.Cajun Claws has a savory selection of Louisiana styled seafood that can’t be denied. Visit the restaurant and try the unspoken tastiness for yourself.P.s Thank you Shabrina (www.wondertripper.com) for inviting Nona Tukang Makan and letting me meet some awesome foodies, not to mention the wonderful pictures. Also I would like to thank Tommy (owner of Cajun Claws) for being a very kind host. continue reading
