Nanny’s Pavillon is one of some cute restaurants which serve great foods. This time, LilSis will share her experience at Nanny’s Pavillon : Terrace (Central Park Mall)

Located on the ground floor of Central Park, Nanny’s Pavillon Terrace is decorated in full white and some green leaves leaving an elegant and cozy-clean feeling. They have 2 different section : indoor and outdoor. Because it was hot that day, so LilSis and her friends decided to sit inside.

In the indoor area, they have several swings-like chairs. But too bad, when we arrive that places were already taken.

Baked rice with grilled salmon on top, cream, buttery sauteed onions, mozzarella cheese, and tartar sauce.
Yes, don’t judge me. It’s my second time ordering their Salmon Baked rice and I have a confession. Their baked rice never fail me! It is just as perfect as the first baked rice I had at Nanny’s Pavillon Barn (read review here). Love it!

Overall, LilSis had a super great time here! The service was great and the ambiance was uber nice. Definitely will comeback for other dish! (At least, I promise to myself to try their other dish rather than the baked rice. Hahaha) So what are you waiting for? Let’s eat, foodies!

Supplementary Information:
All of their foods didn't leave any weird after-taste. You definitely must visit this restaurant!

super delicious matcha cafe parfait. The shiratama balls were the best!

super delicious matcha cafe parfait. The shiratama balls were the best!

This afternoon, big sis and lil sis went out to the newest Japanese dessert cafe near our house, Matchafuku. It is located in the middle of Citra 6, Sixth Avenue. To be exact, on the second floors of MeaterS. You can easily find it because of its large, eye-catching nameplate (especially at night, because it will shine brightly!)

This cafe has 2 section, smoking (outdoor) and non-smoking area (full AC). Although the cafe size is small, Matchafuku’s interior designer totally nailed it. The smoking and non-smoking area are indeed cozy. Another nice thing about this place is, it has cute chairs and wall hanging that is influenced by Japanese culture.
Cute chairs :)

Cute chairs :)

Matchafuku is a Japanese dessert cafe which serve homemade matcha soft cream, Matcha Cake parfait, Anmitsu, Iced Matcha latte, and many more. But unfortunately, we only try their Matcha Cake parfait and the Chocolate Explosion. Maybe on the next visit, will try other menus!
The shiratama bombs rock!

Chocolate Explosion, 40k
This is seriously good. When you dig into this bowl, you will find smooth chocolate sauce mixed with shaved ice, crushed oreo, crunchy roasted almonds, some chocobomb (shiratama balls that’s filled with chocolate) and vanilla soft cream topped with sweet milo powder. Not forgetting the 2 chocolate pocky that made this Chocolate Explosion super cuteee! Sweet smile

Matcha Cake parfait, 29k
This glass that consist layers of matcha kante a.k.a matcha jelly (this has similar texture with grass jelly), cornflakes, read beans, matcha cake, shiratama balls, and of course Matcha soft cream! Many have been comparing Matchafuku’s parfait with other brand (Shir*ku**)’s parfait, but I can say that both of them taste similar (I’ve been to Shir*ku** before). The soft cream has a quite strong green tea flavor with a subtle hint of sweetness. A lil’ bit too bitter for big sis, but it’s okay for lil sis’ taste-bud.

Few weeks ago MidSis and her other companion had a very fun trip around South Jakarta. They stopped at Korean Restaurant called, Legend Of Noodle. MidSis and LilSis had been here before.

From the outside, the place didn't look so interesting. But when you step inside, the restaurant has a nice and comfortable space. The restaurant serves various Korean noodles and dishes. That's why you will find many Korean people eat at this restaurant. From the restaurant name, we knew that their specialty were Noodles. So, that day MidSis ordered Jajangmyeon and Jjampong.

bowlJajangmyeon, 55k
Jajangmyeon is one of Korean signature dishes. It's a combination between 'jajang' (fermented black bean paste) and 'myeon' (noodle). If you're wondering how it's taste. Slurp! It's so delicious. The sauce was cooked with fresh beef. And for the noodle, it was cooked very well and had a chewy texture. Overall this noodle tasted very rich and savory. Very recommended to try. Don't ask for the size. It's HUGE, capable for 2 person.

bowlSacheon Jampong, 80k
Jampong is the epitome of Korean foods. It's spicy seafood noodle you must try when you visit korean restaurant. For you who's not a fan of spicy food you can try Sacheon Jampong which is less spicy than Haemul Jampong (super spicy).

The fresh seafood (muscle, shrimp, squid, octopuse, etc.) that combined with super rich chicken broth will send you to the cloud 9. Tasted HEAVEN! Despite the price that is quite expensive, it's totaly worth it. The portion is GIGANTIC, it's enough for 2-3 person.

Overall the dishes from Legend of Noodles were super great. MidSis was satisfied and stuffed. For sure ElsaSisters will come back to this place. Let's eat, foodies!

Dimsum-ing with Family Smile Mar 01, 2015

We always love the idea of dimsum with family. And since our favorite dimsum place near had been closed, we were sad because we don't know where to eat dimsum anymore.
However, we finally discovered that Eaton also has delicious dimsum.
We usually ordered their Hakao, Xiao Long Bao (which we really fond), Ceker Ayam (this is suppa' good!), and sometimes their Charsiew Bao.

bowl Hakao
Their hakao was good. The portion isnt small with a big prawn inside it.

bowl Xiao Long Bao
Definitely our favorite! We super love it. Will always order xiaolong bao when we eat here smile

bowl Ceker Ayam
Seriously, lil sis wasnt a big fan of ceker ayam since.. yeah, there isnt any special reason. But she just didnt like it. But- here is the exception. The ceker ayam here were great. It didnt had any strange smell or flavor. I think you all need to try this

bowl CharSiew Bao
Yes yes yes. Lil sis super love pork especially when its charsiew-ed 🐽 And she love this bao. The pao was fluffy and the filling was damn good. However, the amount of the filling was... quite small.

All of our comments are based on our experience eating here several times. The taste might change due to the chef. However, it is worth the try smile Happy eating!

The foods and ambiance there was great. Service was good too. If you are bored waiting your foods to be served, just take a walk to their little bakery. It is inside their building too 😊

And now we are heading to Alam Sutera area. The hippest and (maybe we can say) the newest dessert cafe around Tangerang area, Pat Bing Soo. It is located on the second floor of Seorae, and decorated as a Korean Subway Station. And also, there will be many Korean songs that will please your ears.

chopstickBibim Patbingsoo, 48k
You will see this Patbingsoo everywhere on instagram. Yes! It is the famous Bibim Patbingsoo. It is decorated like a bibimbap (Korean Fried Rice), with Vanilla Ice Cream as the egg white and peach as the yolk. There are also tropical fruits such as Kiwis and Strawberries, red beans (Pat), jelly, and shaved ice with strawberry sauce. The taste was just okay. Nothing really special despite its looks. (Yes it is really instagenic!)

Love Bench

Love Bench

Other than their Subway-looking, Patbingsoo also has this unique spot on their outlet. Love Bench! There is a chair which seat are sloped inwards so that no matter how two people sit on it they will quickly be brought together again! Such a great place to take photos with your loved ones smile

Matcha Ice Cream with Pat, corn flakes, and shaved ice with condensed milk. This is da bombz! Really really recommended for all matcha lovers. Even you, non-matcha lovers will love this as much as we do. Mid Sis' friend who is not into Matcha Ice Cream, love this. Must try!
------------------------------
Overall, Mid Sis enjoyed her stop here. A great place with great foods plus good companion. What could you demand more? The service here was quite good too but not that friendly. Maybe it will be 10 out of 10 if their service was more friendly. Lets eat foodies!

The place is located on the second floor of Seorae. The owner of Pat Bing Soo is the same as Seorae's, Augie Faustinus. You might want to take many photos of their interior here as it is super cool!
