Ingredient and Portion
6 butir telur
3 cup keju parut
3 lembar roti tawar
1/4 gelas susu cair
3 sdm tepung terigu
sosis (banyaknya sesuai selera), iris bulat tipis
Seasoning
salt & pepper
Method
1. campurkan telur, keju, roti, sosis, terigu dan susu. aduk hingga rata. beri salt & pepper.

2. tuang ke loyang anti panas yg sudah di oleskan mentega.

3. panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat. jika sudah panas, panggang adonan hingga set.

4. sajikan dengan saus sambal.
